^{━━▲━━} When commissioning, the client agrees to the following:
(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
^{━━▲━━}

☑ DO:
✔ Characters ( games, stories, oc's, animal parts, etc)✔ Ships (oc's are allowed!!)✔ Gore/blood,✔ Slight to intermediate NSFW✔ Furries (not too good, would, LOVE to try tho!)ʚɞ☒ DON'T:
✘ mecha, pedophilia, anything hateful or bigoted in nature✘ If there is something I cannot do I will let you know!

1. TIMELINE:
─ .✦ 1-6 weeks; this heavily depends on the commission. If one client ordered before you, theirs will be completed before yours. The cycle repeats. I work a full time job and can only work on commission work when I am free.⑅─ .✦I will send progress pictures (sketch, color, inquiries, etc!!) Changes are free during sketch and color phase. I may charge additionally for big changes if I am too far into the commission. No large changes can be made after the final product is delivered.⑅─ .✦If you want your commission to be prioritized and/or submitted before a specific deadline, a “Rush Fee” will be +50% the original price.

2. PAYMENT:
─ .✦ Prices are USD. Payment must be 100% of the commission after the initial sketch! Will only do 50% before/after for specific situations. Then, I can begin to do work.⑅─ .✦ Commercial use is 2x the price.⑅─ .✦ Payment is LOCKED in once made. There will be no refunds, UNLESS: I cannot complete the commission. If that comes to case, I will refund 100%.

3. USAGE:
─ .✦ I retain all the copyright to my art. This means I still own the rights to it and am allowed to post on social media, portfolios, etc. Even if it is used for commercial use it technically still belongs to me.
⑅─ .✦ If you wish to not have the commissioned work posted, I will charge a +30% NDA fee!⑅─ .✦ You may request a free watermark that says "commission"!⑅─ .✦ Clients will be supplied a watermark and watermark free version. I ask that if the art is posted anywhere, it be with my watermark. Tagging any of my profiles is not necessary.⑅─ .✦ If commercial use is intended, state before commissioning as this results into 2x the original price.

4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS & KNOWLEDGE-
─ .✦ IMPORTANT: Please provide as many references as possible and a well-written summary of what you are expecting. I will communicate with you through DMs to make sure you get what you commission.
⑅─ .✦ You may not claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify the finished artwork without my permission. ABSOLUTELY NO FEEDING INTO AI. If there is an inquiry, feel free to ask me.
⑅─ .✦ Again, No refunds will be given after the commission is accepted. However, if I cannot finish the piece due to personal circumstances, I will give a refund. This is my way of preventing scams.⑅─ .✦ I have the right to reject commissions; you can ask why.
